Regions and shipping fees

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Wales, UK and are usually dispatched within two working days. The cost of shipping varies depending on the country the item is being shipped to and the weight (kg) of the product(s) being shipped.

Please note: The prices listed below are here to act as a guide. The final amount will be calculated at checkout and converted to your preferred currency. 

Mainland UK 

0kg to 4kg = FREE

4.01 to 20kg = £9.99 (GBP)

Europe

0kg to 2kg = £2.99 (GBP)

2.01 to 20kg = £20 (GBP)

USA and Canada

0kg to 1kg = £9.99 (GBP)

1.01kg to 3kg = £20 (GBP)

Australia 

0.05kg to 0.9kg = £20 (GBP)

Warranty and returns

Returns and refunds

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, a product can be returned up to 30 days from purchase for refund or exchange.

In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging with all accessories.
  • With its proof of purchase
  • Unused
  • In a resealable condition

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

What counts as proof of purchase?

Any of the below:

  • Confirmation email
  • Email receipt
  • Order number
  • Bank or Card Statement used to purchase online
  • In some circumstances, your email address, full postal address and full name may also be used as proof of purchase when this can be tracked via our Sales system.

For any return or refund queries, please contact our Support Team at support@nextbase.com with your order number.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.  After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product for up to 12 months.

This does not affect your rights in accordance with the terms of The Consumer Rights Act 2015.  

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
